Warranty

All Boom-Buddy products have a 1-year warranty.

If you purchased the product from one of our amazing dealers, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist you.

If you purchased the product directly from us, please contact sales@dmabroadcast.co.uk and we’ll be able to assist you.

If you purchased the product from us, and you wish to return it, please email sales@dmabroadcast.co.uk.

Returns must be logged within 14 days of receipt of the delivery.

If the return is outside of the 14 days, and the product is not damaged, we are unable to accept returns.

The customer must return the product to us unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
